Empathetic listening sessions provide exactly that: one uninterrupted hour where you decide the level of feedback you wish—whether you’d like me simply to listen, to reflect back what I hear, or to gently offer perspective.

🌑 Trauma Work

Trauma can reshape the way we see ourselves and the world. These sessions offer a space to tell your story, to process painful experiences, and to begin crafting a new inner dialogue. My role is to listen with care, to respect your boundaries, and to work with your goals—whether that means reframing an experience, making sense of a difficult memory, or finding language to carry it forward.

This work is appropriate for those who have lived through abuse, sexual assault, childhood trauma, heartbreak, depression, anxiety, or other forms of loss.
